  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    Think those DPG blues come up on Cigarbid for about $4 (but I don't know which size.) I have never bought them because I prefer other things at that price point but for those that do like them... 2011s at that price is great.

    Just to clarify, all of these are not just good values but very good, if not close to excellent sticks At $4-7 each other than wet packs. Call me a snob but I wouldn't smoke most of the stuff people consider budget smokes because better cigars can be had for about the same price.

    He's not talking about the regular bovedas which are used as humidification. He is speaking of the ones that are meant to season the humidor.

    I have used humidors/wineadors/coolidors etc and only thing I've ever done is wipe down with distilled water. I have no problems with any of my humis.

    If it's still at 50, it's not the cigars being dry, it's your lack of humidity.

    Someone gave me a double cigar one of those that they had found and I rarely if ever used it. Most of the time, I just smoke and swing. :)

    You would have to build a whole new foundation/slots for the angled shelves. This extra would would cut down on the space in there even more.

    Couldn't keep my cigar lit at midnight because of all the humidity. I don't know what's worse, that or New England where I smoke most of the time.

    I realize it's a regional thing but so are short sleeved shirts with a tie under a suit. But I don't have to like it.

    I'm in the minority and think jeans and a nice blazer are usually tacky. If you want to wear a suit, wear a suit. If you want to wear jeans, wear jeans. I don't see the purpose of "casual formal."
