  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    If anyone has a problem with a small batch order, either contact them via private message or store email or at the very least start a thread. This is the man's welcome thread to BOTL and to clog it up like this (even though I think it was handled well and no one was offensive) is kinda rude...

    Those of you who have met Eric (Co-founder and Administrator of BOTL) know that he is a great guy. You also know that it's harder to mine for gold in the middle of the Atlantic than it is to get him to talk. :) (don't ban me bro.) I hate to be the bearer of sad news but Eric's dad passed away...

    What is it you don't get? Parents have to bring kids on the plane, there is often no choice. Kids at times will cry and again, parents often have no choice. Now if you're talking about the older kids (not babies or toddlers) who kick and yell and scream and disrupt the person in front or back...

    Love the idea. I would cut a basketball, glue/shellac it so it holds its shape, put a hinge in the back and put that on the humidor (either as ashtray or to hold accessories)

    Any master craftsman should be able to craft a humidor with enough research. Might be worth it to pay someone who does this for a living a small fee for a consult.

    I haven't found the leaking part to be always true, especially in nicer ones. If you don't need temperature control and money is less of an issue, I would always prefer a well made piece of furniture.
