BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Ginormous new humidor
Yes and no. There is no heat output from the light, but they do generate a TON of heat overall. It's just not output in the same way as a typical light. -

I don't have any of the above currently, but I've definitely been thinking about it because while 95%+ of my stash is in original boxes, I'm getting to the point where I'm wasting too much space because most of the boxes are half or more empty. I like the shelves for storage of boxes for aging... -

If you go with Heartfelt, you might consider tearing apart those built in humidifiers on the lid and removing whatever is in them and filling them with the beads. Beyond that, I agree with the above, go with the tubes to save space (with Heartfelt). -

What Humidity do keep your cigars at?
Look into the HCM/Shilala beads, they allow you to set your own set-point. Trying to get to an accurate and steady 67 using a mixture of Heartfelt beads will most likely just drive you nuts. -

Easiest solution, IMHO, is a piece of wax paper. Cheap and easy to replace. Really though, depends on your individual set up. -

Yep, you can get either tubes or filled tubes, whichever you prefer. Why are you wanting to get 70% beads? Would you rather keep your cigars at 70% RH, or are you trying to compensate for something else? Those footlocker style humis are deep, so you will get some variation in RH due to... -

NC vs CC
I think that's one of those thing's that will depend on each individual smoker. Personally, I don't agree with the above as there is a taste that I get from CCs that does not exist from NCs. Plenty of awesome NCs out there with GREAT quality, but they still can't take the place of Cuban tobacco. -

Storing Habano's
