I've smoked both and I think the taa 13 is a great representation of the brown label. IMO it seemed similar enough that I believed what I have read about it being the brown label tweaked for that vitola, but I haven't smoke a lot of them. Here is a link to the HW review which talks about it...

also remember that the TAA 13 is a different blend than the 12's and the 11's. The 13 is just the brown label tweaked for that vitola, so you can already find that in most of the other sizes. Although I do prefer the 11 and 12s, so it would be nice to see that brought back in a different size

The pmp material isn't difficult, it just covers a lot of ground and most of it is really dry and boring. Supplemental study material helps a lot, I think they updated the material recently so make sure you get stuff that covers the new topics as well (I think they are on version 5 of the pmbok)

You might also want to look at project management certifications if classes are not a reasonable option. If you want to look into those check out pmi's website for the capm or pmp certs
