I've said this before - but this is just a reminder. I'll be breaking BOTL over time in order to get it into a far better place. Just be patient if you can't reach us! We'll be back
I just picked up some cc's , Monte Opens and Cohiba Siglos and let me tell you the Monte's taste like shit and the Siglos kicks ass. CC's are just like any other cigar some good some not so. I enjoy both and favor neither.
Have yet to smoke any of these as of yet, with all of the new cigars coming out there seems to be just too many crazes so I'm waiting to see if they're not just the flavor of the month. Apparently they aren't so maybe it's time to seek them out.
Have half a bundle of these left from when they were first released. Still hoping for them to get a little better. They are a great looking cigar but not as good as I had hoped. Still can't complain considering the price.
How f'ing retarded is the Maple Leafs organization? They stand by during a 113-day lockout with their hockey office in place and then immediately after that lockout ends they dismiss the person running that office. :scratchhe
Thanks, lots of new things to research. Call me strange but a visual of a flaky English virgin wearing nothing but ribbons and smoking a pipe did pop into my head.
I picked up a pipe "starter package" from CI about a month ago and appreciate that I can enjoy tobacco without eating up hours in the cold but I haven't a clue as to what tobacco is what. If you guys can point me in the right direction maybe I can join in on the next pass. Thanks.
Was gifted a box of Montecristo Open Juniors and from what I've read and heard these leave a lot to be desired which is exactly why I will be smoking one. It ensures that the rest of the year will get better.
I keep reading the "pepper" thing so I guess my box will be sitting for a year. I smoked quite a few Anarchy and pepper would be the last of the profiles that come to mind if at all. Maybe it's just me.
Meeting Nestor was one of my favorite sit down moments with someone in the business, we had a great conversation about Nicaraguan tobacco. What is the blend (other than the Mexican wrapper) of the La Aurora cigars?
Seriously, this is an easy one. I've met over a dozen "names" and while all of them fine people (and a couple of them really hot) I've only had a chance to spend extended time with one, JD. He took me fishing, bought me pizza and gave me a lesson in Texas hold 'em. I don't know what was more...
Swiped one of my dad's cigars when I was 15, I think it was a Muriel or maybe Garcia y Vega. Whatever it ws it was in a cool glass tube. Nearly choked to death and didn't smoke another until a co worker handed me a PLPC at a wedding. The rest is history.
