• BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Show us your latest beverage purchase

Got a bottle of Eagle Rare after I had a Bourbon craving this afternoon. Also picked up a little gift sampler of 50ml bottles of Bookers, Bakers, Basil, and Knob.

    Prayers for an opportunity

Good luck brother. That sounds like interesting work, for sure. Do you have any experience in medical supplies?

American Horror Story *warning: possible spoilers

I watched the first 5 episodes, but then episodes 6 and 7 never showed up on Comcast on Demand, and now episode 8 is there? What the heck? I thought the first few episodes were okay, but frankly, I wasn't totally feeling it. Kind of tacky, kind of contrived.

    Texts from Bennett... Gold mine

Yeah, this is one of the funnier blogs I've seen lately. Saw it on Facebook a few days ago, and pretty much died laughing. Lasanya.

Your Uzi weighs a ton? So does my tequila apparently!

I am proud to say that I have actually consumed tequila out of a squirt gun on more than one occasion in my life. Both were ridiculous.

    Anejo box numbers

Interesting. I'd love to know if anyone actually knows. I just assumed they were quality control or shipping related.

    Tatuaje Series P?

For like a buck or less more you can get red label Angeles, which are great little sticks, and age wonderfully. Or you can get a PCR, which is killer every time. There are just too many other tats around the same pricing that I would rather smoke, and would be happy with most every time, and...

Viaje Oro Reserva No 5 (2011 release)

Got a couple of VOR 5's at Big Smoke in Vegas during the Viaje seminar, but I am not sure what year they are from, whether they are from the year that CA smoked for their top 25 (2010 I guess), or if they were made specially for the event (since I thought the 2010's were long gone anyway)...

    God of Fire Series B?

For some reason, I just don't see myself getting really excited about these. I love both of the regular God of Fire blends, but the maduro wrapper (and I guess to a lesser extent the sungrown wrapper) just doesn't appeal to me. For good Fuente maduros, I'd just as soon grab two Anejos for the...

I'm so loving Johnnie Walker Double Black

It is a blend. All of Johnnie Walker's products are blends. I think Krishna was saying that even single malt guys need to try the double black.

I'm so loving Johnnie Walker Double Black

I think it has been available for a while as a Duty Free exclusive product, but is now being made available in other markets. I'm not HUGE on Johnnie Walker, but the Green is an awesome dram, and one I try to usually keep around. And just because dudes reading this thread might find it...

    Show/List your latest CC Purchase

Awesome. I have really limited experience with that marca, but I know some guys who consider them the single best coming out of Cuba right now. Can't tell from the photo though, what vitola is it?

    Paul Stulac Cigars?

Interesting. I was completely turned off by what I personally consider one of the tackiest bands I have seen recently on a cigar (It's like an MMA advertisement on my cigar... no thanks), and was probably going to pass... but after reading about the cigars themselves here in this thread, I am...

I'm so loving Johnnie Walker Double Black

Wow. Twice the price? I think it might be 10 bucks more than the regular black here. I keep eyeing it, but I'm not that big a fan of the regular black, so just haven't bitten.

    Immortals?

Looks extremely shitty to me. I'm a bit of a nerd about world mythologies, and the Titanomachy (one of the major points of Greek mythology inspiring this movie) is a particular favorite... Seems to have just been straight up butchered here.
