  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    Very surprised by this smoke........I doubt I will smoke another C.A.O again, unless gifted. Their QC is borderline pathetic, and there are so many better options out today.

    I don't need to stick my head up a cows ass to know it smells........but I see your point. I guess if I'm guilty of anything, it's making a calculated and educated guess regarding my disdain for flavored cigars based on previous experiences with flavored cigars. :thumbsup:

    freezer / beetles

    Update, I'm leaving on deployment soon (over 6 months) and for piece of mind, I am freezing everything for long term storage. Used freezer bags and suranwrap around my boxes......12 hours in fridge, two days in freezer, 24 hours back in fridge, 24 hours room temperature, then out of freezer...

    I only like his LP line :dunno: Gurkha's are also a top selling brand, and I wouldn't be caught dead smoking one......what's your point? Popularity and production numbers have little if anything to do with my own personal preference and quality of cigar. See above :cbig:

    Liga Privada's aren't hard to find, and are priced pretty reasonable for the quality. Acid's are goat turds, and I haven't had the privelage of tasting the Tabbak coffee infused dog rockets.

    I guess my point would be that it was a more expedient burn for that particular vitola. I've had some Toro's last easily 1 hour and 45 minutes plus. Nice flavor profile with the Forcade.
