  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    +1. When I pay more than $5/stick in an on-line order, feels like I'm splurging on a high-end stick. Maybe it's because there are so many good cigars in the $3 - $5 range, spending more seems like diminishing returns. Or maybe I'm just not that sophisticated/educated of a smoker. Oh well...

    Hmmm, some of those mentioned I don't consider "cheap", more like middle of the road cost. But all good smokes! I'll throw in Cuba Libre, a great smoke for the money.

    Nice review, going to have to give those a shot. Luckily we don't have often have glove-wearing winter weather down here, but I gotta think that somehow smoking a good stick in those cold, snow covered conditions might have its own enhancement to the experience.

    That was some drama, with the freshman Gilbert having to step in so early. I saw him play his final HS game when they won their division state championship for the second year in a row. We're going to love watching him develop over the next three years, hopefully take Texas back to a title...

    Doubt you'd like the Acid line, or most of the DE Natural line for that matter. I tried an Acid once, seemed a little un-cigar like to me, especially that sweet hit on the lips. I do like the Natural Root, which is probably the least "infused" in that line, no sweetness, but a subtle flavor...
