I lean more towards thrash... Big 4, of course, then on to the older metal, like Judas Priest and iron maiden.

I've seen them several times live. Actually, I've seen all of the big four, except Metallica quite a few times. Metallica, only once.

I grew up on Metallica and Megadeth and still love 'em for what they've done to build their genre.

But I hate Dave Mustane lol

The older I get the less I like Metallica. I think Megadeth is the band I love most.

Still sucks that we'll never see a reunion because some asshole took the life of one of the greatest musicians of the last 50 years.

Carcass (new one is surprisingly good)
Electric Wizard (mostly for Dopethrone)
Meshuggah

but I'm old and out of touch these days.
