BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Wow that's a murky IPA. I'm not turned off by unfiltered beer but it looks like that could have spent some more cold time in their fermentor to drop some sediment out of suspension. I am a bit of a geek about that considering I operate a centrifugal separator and filter. I do like unfiltered beer but that looks like something I made at home when I first started.

Had this yesterday. Over hyped. It was all hops and hardly any thing else... Coconut was detectable, but not enough to change it up from the same ol' overly hoped MO stone slings around. Bummed.
