  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Beer O da day!

Saturday:

Dogfish Head Indian Brown Ale. Always spot on.

Victory Brewing Helios Ale. An alright saison.

Dogfish Head 75min. Better than the 90min but I'd reach for other IPAs before this one.

Dogfish Head World Wide Stout. Way too sweet and way too much black licorice for me.

Took 2 of my best friends out to the bar to celebrate them turning 21 this past week. Between midnight and final call at 1:45am we achieved:

1 pitcher of blue moon
2 pitchers of angry orchard
1 pitcher of Pyramid hefeweizen
1 pitcher of Alaskan Amber
3 shots of fireball
3 jager bombs
--------------
=$97 bar tab and 3 hangovers

You need to drink the hefes last dude. It's sort of a hangover remedy. There are lots of vitamins and amino acids in yeast which you lose when (in your urine) when drinking filtered beer.
