Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Do you have a recipe for this? Looks damn good. My wife and I love stuffed peppers and have recently gotten into mashed cauliflower.Stuffed peppers with mashed cauliflower. Really good.

Not really. Just kinda threw it together. Browned some beef with onions and seasoning and a little marinara. Steamed the cauliflower and squeezed the water out in one of those thin dish towels to give it better texture. Mashed it in the food processor with some sour cream to add creaminess and improve flavor. Then assembled and baked for 20 - 30 minutes.Do you have a recipe for this? Looks damn food. Bahahaha, yeah ... not sure where the line falls between strata, Fritatta, and quiche...It’s ok to call them quiche Jeremy!
