I'll do that with singles. Boxes of nekkid cigars get a tissue wrapping. I put a computer printer label around the foot of every cigar with the following information:

Cigar: El Rey del Mundo
Size: Choix Supreme 5.0x48
Wrapper: Cuban
Vendor: C.O.H.
Stored: 2004/01/06

This may seem like a lot of work, but it makes for the easy finding of information.
