I just ordered a fiver from Emerson. I can't wait. CH is rapidly becoming my favorite cigar maker. Case in point - I just ordered a fiver of the Headley Grange Drumstick LE 2017, from Small Batch. I'd love to try the AA14 -- I'll have to do some searching...

Anyone looking for a reincarnation of the '14 CH TAA need not despair. The flavor profile was inspired by the Romeo y Julieta Churchill (CC). I've smoked over a box of both and they're very similar, yet unique (in a good way).

I hope the '17 lives up to the hype unlike the '15 & '16.

BOTL - So the '16 was "a dud"..??? Interesting.

I was having the "TAA 2014-17" convo with someone recently, and I (and he) was of the opinion that the TAA 2016 was our best to-date. LOL

Just goes to show ya....ya never know.

Cheers.

While it was better than the '15, the flavor profile wasn't in my wheel house and I personally believe it didn't live up to the hype. Just my opinion and I don't mean any disrespect as taste are very subjective.

You set the bar pretty high with the '14, for my taste, the '15 & '16 just didn't do it.

2014 crushed it, 2015 was good, 2016 was a bit strong for my liking but the flavors I got were good, but 2014 was killer

Far from a dud IMO, I really enjoyed the '16. (y) Kinda bummed that I never got my hands on the '14 though, seems that everyone speaks very highly of them.

BOTL - Don't get me wrong; everyone's more than entitled to their opinion. I get that and I respect that. I just found the '16 feedback 'interesting,' that's all...

Would really appreciate any and all honest feedback on the TAA 2017 when it gets smoked...

As always, I appreciate everyone's continued interest and support.

Cheers!
