Chef in China

So it begins. After a great time with the guys in L.A. I began my trip to China.

Just got off a thirteen hour flight and am waiting in Beijing airport for my flight to Hong Kong.

Couple pictures to start. These don't do it justice but was trying to capture the sheer, unnecessary, oversized airport. Just massive and I'm only in one wing of one terminal...

I've been up for about 7 hours after sleeping a bit on plane and it's 635am. Jetlag builds character

Beijing is 32f right now, early morning

Southern China will be 70/80f
