I'm finally off summer break (self-imposed due to time constraints) and starting back in the gym today.

Changing my workout up to:

Day 1 - Chest and Tri
Day 2 - Legs
Day 3 - Shoulders and Bi
Day 4 - Back

Eat like a monster, clean and tons of protein and complex carbs to put some size on.

I do the big lifts Dead lift, squat, front squat, power cleans, pull ups, push ups (uneven and one-handed), rows bridges. The key to getting stronger is tendon strength so get off the machines and grab the free weights. Right now I dead lift 415lbs x5, squat 375 x5, clean 215x5 60 uneven push ups and right now only five one handed push ups. Doing the big lifts (more than one muscle used) your strength will go through the roof. If your worried about getting too big less weight more reps. And lay off the JUNK FOOD!!!
