Hello, newbie BOTL, I used to be a competitive bodybuilder & personal trainer in my 20's, but now I'm in my 40's and I find it to time consuming to train like I used too (plus the competitive diet sucks ass); now I just train to keep my strenght up and to stay healthy.

Weekend mornings consist of 2hrs of swimming
Monday is Push Day (chest, tri's, delts & working the bag)
Tues is Pull Day (back, traps, biceps & abs)
Wed is Running Day (2-5 miles)
Thurs is Leg Day (quads, hams & calves)
Fri is Rest Day

I usually start my weight sessions w/ 20 min of stretching

Diet is 70% so keep the protien up and the carbs down; stay away from proccessed, sugary foods. If you think its bad for you it probably is.

So put down that beer and get moving

I completed ToughMudder in Seattle yesterday, so that's my workout for the week :) Holy shit those shock wires hurt!

In other news, been seeing results with the CrossFit Football Conditioning Programs.

Ran a mile, then did 3 quick sets of 10 dips, 10 pullups, 10 - 30" box jumps.

Followed that with tris and bis and then showed the wife out to kip.
