Well Gents we are a lil over a month away from the HBH IV, I have a pretty good list of folks that said they will attending. The Deposit has been made, the rest is due the day we show up. I have up dated the list with a few Unknowns still ..Lets see if we can get this nailed down.....

@Dustinspo has been working on the meals, and it looks like we will not starve , But we do need a list of folks that will help him prepare food and KP Duty, need a couple guys helping prepare food and a couple guys on KP for each meal .......Let me know

18) Coffee: Ill bring two pounds of some home roast. That should prob get us a good start if not cover through the weekend.

I would love to have one person that is comfortable in the kitchen for Saturday night assistance. The food will be pretty easy, but it's always nice to have a hand.

For breakfast Saturday I'm bringing a waffle iron. So we will need one person to make waffles, one cooking eggs, and I suppose @javajunkie will be frying the goetta.

im def. gonna come by the way pending some sort of emergency, how much was it for food? $25 or somethin?

also I can help out with the chairs/table situation, but I need to run over to my parents house to see how many I can borrow for the weekend. I'll bring my ash tray as well and see what else on the list I can help out with

I'll help you out Saturday night bro, iam handy in the kitchen, plus I'd probably need a break from smoking so many damn cigars haha
