BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Boo to jarred sauce.
Go buy some canned San Marzanos (or fresh if available), put em in the food processor briefly with a few cloves of garlic, add some salt and pepper to taste and you've got the best pizza sauce you've ever tasted.

Yeah, I copied the recipe from another person.....actually, I make my own sauce too....and I keep a bunch frozen.
hahaha. This is pretty great, right here.
I have nothing really exciting to add except that I sprained my ankle really badly playing Ultimate Frisbee today. I can't really walk right now, so maybe I'll be in front of the computer until this thing hits 100.
