Please tell me I'm not the only one who thinks that one of those bags looks like Eric Stoltz from "Mask"

Yeah I dunno about that; but when I saw this pic where Leaf Only sent a brother roller some moldy leaves...

I was lookin at that bit just roght of center and slightly above middle, and I was thinking of that old toast:

Here's to the gash that never heals
The more you rub it the better it feels
So rub and rub and rub like hell
Then scrub to get rid of the fishy smell

It's funny because that's the immediate impression I had from that pic as well. But about two years ago I was talking about how surprised I was to discover how much like a vulva certain tobacco leaf was (most notably shriveled up WLT wrapper like Habano and such). And you said, A tobacco leaf is nothing like a vulva. Leave it to wet LO leaf to change your heart....

Came home yesterday to this package from @BrewinHooligan

The promised knife as well as some more leaf, stickers, and a selection of cigars to aspire to. Thanks so much, Jonathan.
Well, now I've got a new cutting board and everything else I could need to start rolling. The wife's family is coming over today, so I'm hoping to start some rolling tomorrow. Wish me luck.

You're off to an awesome start with the supplies and models to follow, just watch out for the slippery slope. Rolling can be as much fun as smoking, maybe more so in the winter months if you can't smoke inside!

Alright, so read all of this thread... If this doesn't make you want to roll nothing will. Full of tips and tricks as well:
http://www.botl.org/threads/adventures-in-home-rolling.79290/

Next, check out Blake's videos (@blisscigarco), he is a fantastic resource to have and his videos are both artistic and instructive:
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCKQPvIbslAFFDYDGi-EivRQ

When you have done all of this, and you are still enthusiastic for rolling... Take the leap! Buy yourself an intro blend and grab a pizza cutter:
http://wholeleaftobacco.com/
Seriously, under $30 and you can roll 10-20 cigars with these kits!

Then, go post up your progress here (@Mossome this includes you):
http://www.botl.org/threads/pics-of-your-sticks.86118/

Good luck mate!

When I roll something that can be classified as a cigar, I will.
Monday didn't go so well. I attempted two rolls that were just a hot mess. I apparently didn't get my binder up to the proper case, as it crumbled on me as I started to roll. I didn't get my bunches tight enough either. They were laughably soft with a wide open draw. I wanted to avoid the hated plug, and boy did I ever!
I haven't given up. This week has been super hectic, and I'll get back at it after the holiday.

Grab yourself a distilled water spray bottle, for binder, i don't even case any more, hit it with a couple sprays on both sides right before you roll the bunch! Save time and headache :) i like my binder pliable

So finally read the whole thread and watched all the videos... So pumped to start rolling, just like I did with Brewing... I'm jumping in the deep end... When will I ever learn?
