I was at this point within an hour. Which is good. Ya know, you have to pull the tire, the caliper, the brake caliper hangar, etc.
I just chiseled off the head since it already was "pizza sliced" . Then I dropped the rotor, was able to uhm, "extract" his broken extractor.
This extractor didn't really do the heavy work. I dislodged the threaded bolt with 10 lb sledge and the chisel.
Once I was able to go back and forth 1/8" sweeps, I used my extractor back and forth with plenty of love sauce.
Bolt was almost unnecessarily huge
