My experience with CCs says totally legit. The cap looks fine. I've had a handful of pretty veiny number 2s. The band is also correct, ugly but correct. You can run your fingers along the lettering on the band to make sure it is raised. Also just look closely at the printing...if it's smudged it may be fake but I looked at your pictures and I think you're dead on. Good CC to start with...next try a Cohiba Siglo IV...you'll be a happy man!
