Last night was a fluke. Steelers will win it all this year.
I like your optimism, but I've been a lifelong Steeler fan & I'd be surprised if they went 9-7 & made the playoffs this year after watching every second of that game last night. Their O-line is still in shambles, Big Ben still tries to force passes that aren't there, there are still nagging injuries to key players (Mendenhall & Harrison just to name two) & Polamalu might be one of the most overrated players in the game! I hope I'm wrong, but until I see otherwise I can't even begin to think about the playoffs this year! :(
As much as I would like to agree with Robertsndr68, I think I have to agree more with javaman. I think their record will be a little better, 10-6. I do have to disagree about Polamalu, although he is getting a little old. The O line is the biggest problem, and unless Mike Adams can improve quickly it is going to be a long year.

My Niners played pretty much flawless. Overly happy.
I can finally drag out my Niner jacket, hat and other stuff that's been collecting dust during 2002-10...what a drought! This may not be the team of the 80's but they sure look good under Harbaugh and I think we're gonna have a great year. I noticed the insignia you have.....I've been looking for the throwback hats that were only around for a season or two but now I can't find them except for that fugly read one they have....loved the white cap with the insignia on the front.

Lol,,,the scoreboard suggests otherwise. It was nice to see a great test of my Niners against a great team like Pittsburgh and have them win...that's a lot better win over the Steelers than it would be over the St. Louis Lambs.

Great start to the season.
Packers lost
Bears won
My fantasy team one.
And the shitty football team in the state I currently reside in put on a great show. Didn't realize the Seahawks were that bad. It was a great game to be at.

Steelrs got beat...they didn't lose, they got beat, there is a difference. Plus 5 out of my 6 fantasy teams lost....luckily one of the ones I reaaly care about won, the other I lost by 5 points and it is all stupid Wes Welker's fault.
One of the fantasy leauges I am in drafts defensive players. I didn't realize it until halfway through the draft. Is anyone in a league that uses individual defensive players?

Jets is a good pick, especially at +6. Steelers D is still struggling, although last weeks embaressment may prove to be a big movtivater.

do not bet New Orleans -2.5 when you can get them -1 on a lot of different books. Also if NE Keeps trending down, I would bet them at every line. I already have placed a bet on them at -14, -13 and -12.5. I think they will cover all.

If you are serious about sports betting, become a line shopper do not try to handicap games. It's next to impossible to handicap NFL games nowadays because every1 has access to a ton of information and unless you have some real deep insider type info, you will not be a successful capper.

However, I know a bunch of people, who are not good handicappers at all but are excellent line shoppers and remain profitable that way.

My guy only takes the line that's in my local newspaper the day of the game.

Chicago at Green Bay tonight. Who ya got?
I have Rodgers on one FF team and Forte on another so I am hoping for big games from those two. Heads up if you have Jennings on your team, he is 50-50 and listed as doubtfull.
