BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

My Dad and I stood next to Jimmy Carter looking at rubber worms at a Bassmaster Classic show sometime in the 80's.
Not a lot of famous people in SW Missouri. Used to smoke some chit (multiple times) with Steve Gaines, guitarist for Lynyrd Skynyrd back around 1970. Ex wife's best friend was long time girlfriend of Steve Miller back in the 70's when we lived in Phoenix. Elvis Presley was my cousin, but I never met him. His mom and my grandma were sisters. I guess that doesn't officially count. Met Mickey Mantle a few times and talked to him a few minutes at a charity golf tournament. He was always pretty drunk and rather obnoxious. Met and talked a few minutes to Barry Switzer when he was head coach of the Cowboys. He was very nice and cordial, but I hate the Cowboys.
