I’m only at 30 so far today but I did do CPR for about 45 minutes this morning and I can tell you this challenge has increased my endurance in doing compressions!

That is a solid workoutSo Thursday I didn't get any in but I shoveled and raked a couple thousand pounds of top soil...does that count as a "pull" exercise?
Dude that’s awesome! I be been doing at least 20 push-ups a dayLast two days have been 25 push ups, plank, 6 pull ups, 25 push-ups, plank, 5 pull-ups.
Numbers not impressive but I’m doing something every day.
