I'm currently thinking that this is my NC of the year for 2010... and have been thinking of picking more up.

I do somewhat agree with you though Mike. I rather enjoyed these fresh and bold.... Seems to have lost some of the kick / spice..

For those that went to nica, I compared these S&B to smoking Tat's off the rolling table while we were in Nica... Now after those same Tat's have been released they are no where near what i remember while smoking fresh... Seems the Viaje S&B has taken the same turn...Still good, but...

I think I just got burned out on them. But I will say I'm noticing less punch in the ones I've smoked recently, and they've just tasted dirty to me in general. Probably just me.

They are kind of a rough and "dirty" smoke. Very powerful still with tons of smoke. Its a meaty one for sure. I think they'll tone down and refine a bit in a few more months. Sell some boxes but please keep one!

I never had the OR but I had the 2nd release a couple days before Christmas thanks to a buddy. I smoked it in some serious cold windy conditions, but it was really really good! In fact would love to smoke on again in a normal environment, I'll have to find some. I like it so much I almost got frostbite.

Has anyone smoked the new release lately? I put mine down for a bit as they were definately pretty wet when they first arrived. Had my first one in more than a while tonight and I can say they are getting much better. I think they will only improve.

I agree these are smoking pretty damn good. I bought a box while I was deployed so I didnt get a chance to smoke them ROTT. However I smoked one last week and thought it was a great smoke. I still think these will get better in a couple months to a year from now.
