Well after all this, I got motivated to try some more. This time I am trying mozerella and cheddar at different thickness to see the difference. Also trying the salt.
I know this is over a year old but, I have had the amazin tray for about 5 years and I use it for everything from butter to water to make ice cubes. My wife and girls love it when it gets cold outside as that is when I make my own bacon.
