4 lbs of pork belly, skin off.
salt, pepper, thyme, paprika, garlic and brown sugar.
gotta wait 7 days...should take some pics tomorrow...and add more salt...
it ain't pretty, I butchered it...but gonna smoke it over hickory...and mmmm.
