Damn David. I'm incredibly jealous. Looks like a nice piece of land. Haven't been shooting for ever. Really need to change that.

Nice stuff David :thumbsup: I used to go to my ex-g/f's place and shoot guns. I tore up this rotten tree with the shotgun. Fun times...

Yea, I've had the lease for 3 years. Just me, my father-in-law, and my buddy Greg lease it. 3 miles from my house.

100 acres...40 acres is field, 30 acres is cedars, and 30 acres is wooded.

Their share is higher priced cuz they have some cattle on it. I pay $150 a year for hunting rights. Not to shabby.

Wow, that seems very cheap to have access to land like that. Then again I don't know anything about leasing land...

The total is $900 (which is still cheap) but they pay more since both of them have a total of about 15 head of cattle on it.

Todd's right, as much as the Turnpike looks like a industrial park there are some very gorgeous parts of NJ. Mostly Northwest NJ and the sourthern portion.
