Larry, from someone that had surgery two weeks ago, I wish you; no anxiety, a swift operation and a speedy recovery. Most of all it is imperative that you smoke a favorite the first chance you get because the hospital will not let you while you are sitting in post op.

Prayers and best wishes to you, brother! Hope it gets you feeling better. Definitely be thinking about that first cigar after that time. You could always post a poll closer to time to get the BOTL'ers thoughts on what it should be. OOoorrrr... hold a contest; the lucky winner have to send you the cigar they nominate! *haha*

Anyway, Larry, get back to 100% soon... we don't want Bob hogging all the OLD MAN attention around here!!

I had first stage esophageal cancer because of reflux and had a nissen fundiplication done when I was 30. It's been 5 years and only have reflux when I have a lot of sinus trouble and tums seems to work for that. The procedure worked well for me and I pray it does the same for you.
