OK, really quickly I've added a new category to the first page and that is "Definite". We are now set for the weekend of the 19th-21st.

As to Hotels...those who will be staying in one (sorry folks, I just don't have the room to put people up) let me know if smoking rooms are something you want. I assume they can be had, but would have to do some research. I still think the best central location would be one of the hotels around the Westshore area near the International Plaza and Westhore Mall.

Jason: When you get some decent hotels that are central to things on our agenda, please post the names, addresses, and numbers of the hotels so I can better decide. That helped immensely when booking the Long Island trip with Tubaman last year.

What cost $350 ??

Airtran BALTO to JAX, then TAM to BALTO was right at $200.00 and only because I paid extra for the emergency isle seat. A week for mid-size car rental thru Thrifty is also about $200.00.
