Looking forward to my first Irish Whiskey bottle buy (loving that Redbreast 12). What does the cask strength taste like, how much like bourbon barrel proof? I really found some quality bourbon characteristics in my one pour or Redbreast, which is why I rave about it so much.Finally sourced my Irish

The Redbreast cask strength is like turning the volume up on the regular RB 12. All flavors are more forward, definitely more spice with this one, but still just as smooth. Amazingly smoooth for a 116.4 proof spirit. Very good IMO.
Try it out if y u can find locally. I ordered mine from California and had them shipped to Indy for significantly less than I could buy local.
