The last few batches of Remus Repeal Reserve have been priced at $119 in my area, and i have passed on the last several batches. The latest, IX, has an MSRP of $99, but I saw it at Garfield's for $79. Worth a try at that price, and I am glad I pulled the trigger. 10, 11 and 18 year old MGP, it has crazy chocolate covered cherry notes on the palate (not that cough syrup cherry like some OF has). Really good stuff, and I need a good lower proof (104) bottle open on the bar.

Opened a Binny's single barrel Weller Antique. Either Binny's has someone picking Weller barrels (107, WFP, Single Barrel pick ) who really knows their shit, or if Weller just sends "honey barrels" to Binny's. Either way, another outstanding Weller pick.

3rd night in a row cracking a new bottle. Single barrel 10+ year pick from Binny's. Another great pick.

I might make it 4 nights in a row tonight, latest Booker's (25-03, Jerry's Batch) got released at Binny's yesterday.

Local guy selling on FB. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I'd see another bottle of my favorite JDBP single barrel pick, Antioch Liquors Spring 2021. Grabbed it for a song, and picked up an old Barrell (Batch 9) from 2017 as well. 13 year old Tennessee sourced whiskey, hoping it's a banger too.

Had some excellent bourbons and ryes on vacation that I didn't get pictures of. 13 year Willett purple top, Old Carter American, Weller 107 pick, etc,

Last night I opened Barrell Batch 9. Some crazy flavors but a little muddled. Oak, marshmallow, baking spices. We'll see how it is after being open a bit.

Opened the latest Booker's (25-03, Jerry's Batch) last night. Off profile for Booker's, no peanut or funk. Oak, marshmallow, apple on the last couple sips. Not a great batch, hopefully it improves a little with air.

Weller Antique single barrel later on.
