  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Two co-workers and I each smoked a TriniRE last night after work. I can now see the light! What a nice cigar. Very rich in flavor, smooth and creamy. The only downside was a slightly firm draw and the need to relight 4 or 5 times before it was nubbed. Was this because we smoked these less then a week from delivery? They probably needed more time in the humi before smoking, correct?

Probably JC. Depending on the vendor they came from they were probably a tad on the "wet" side from the sound of it.

Todd's at Bristol today, so here's the Today's smoke thread for the day.

No idea what mine will be yet as I won't be lighting up until after work, but I'm thinking of a PSP2.

Correct....need some stabilization time. Even at that, many habanos lately have had wrapper problems and require correction while smoking.
Welcome to the dark side....you are now toast!!!

Posting for Wasch_24 in absentia:

I'm 80 mins into the trip and just finished an outstanding 99
Uppman Lonsdale which paired deliciously with some Cuban Caracillo
coffee from S&H.
Add a 98 RyJ Churchill to Todd's odyssey of cigars today.

Dang, looks like Todd is doing enough smoking today for all of us! His last update has him smoking a 98 ERdM PC and finally arrived.

I wish I was there with him in Bristol. It's probably my favorite short track in nascar. I just smoked a FEB 03 BBF. It was very tasty.

That P2 was simply devine. What a wonderful taste. I'm really going to have to pick up a box and put some of these down for some age. Yum.

Today was an all NC day.... so far. Had a connie with the yellowist cello i've ever seen, and a La Flor Liegro. Had to put both of them out about half way, didn't really enjoy either.

It didn't really stand out much because I smoked it back to back with the Boli RC. My pallette wasn't clean enough I guess.

Had an Indian Tabac Corojo since it was a yard day. I'll try to treat myself today with something nice. Maybe this is a RASS day.
