  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Ick! I don't want anything even hinting of cheese coming from my cigars!

Hopefully that will go away once they have a bit more time to rest. Nothing for me today...sometime this weekend...for sure.

I struggled thourh a '99 Partagas Lonsdale in the wind in Olde Towne Alexandria with the fam today.

It had hints of greatness but the wind and heat made it difficult to enjoy.

I'm trying my first Ashton Cabinet #6 as I'm writing this. It started very mild and is kicking up towards the halfway mark. Nice smooth medium bodied smoke.

I smoked a Dutch dry cigar that Johnny7 gave to me tonight. It was alright.

I am in the middle of a 98 ERdM PC to cover up the after taste though. :stretchgr

Smoked an RyJ Ex4 tonight that i really enjoyed. Finally a nice cool night, got a chance to hang out with the dog outside.

From the RyJ's that i've smoked, i find they are pretty close to the Partagas profile... or least closer than any other brand i've smoked.

Golf outing today so I've brought 25 of my finest for the office to enjoy. I'm probably going to light up a Cohiba DC or a RAG since they're both a good size for golf.
This is the only problem with having only ISOMs in your collection, now when you are doing something that takes away from your concentration, you have no yard gars to waste on the event!

EDIT: Oops, didn't realize today was the 24th.

LMAO, I have the same smoke lined up for lunch today Todd!

Since there wasn't one of these yesterday I'll post it here. Had a Trini Robusto Extra yesterday when I got home. WOW. Thanks to CigarHead for that wonderful, wonderful smoke. Got some Cohiba-ish flavors from it at first and then it just turned sweet. Some day I'll have to pick some of these up.

I have a TRini RE planned for afterwork today at the best cigar bar in Philly. I hope it's as good as Jason's. It hasn't had much time to rest but I can't wait any longer. :halfgrinw
