  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I'm out on the deck after who knows how many days of rain smoking my first Opus X and enjoying it with my favorite tawny Port. The Tawny is holding it's own with the Opus X, it's a nice combination. Not bad for a non CC.

Smoking a Punch SS2 from 01 today. Not bad. Still not great, but definately better than the last time I tried one.

I agree with you there on the Punch SS2. I smoked one this morning while reading the paper. I think it's a good bar cigar, not a good cup of joe in the morning cigar. It's kinda...there, but not really present. :disappoin

I smoked a Sancho Panza Corona that Geoffrie gifted to me on Saturday on the way in today. He said he thought it was a '98 and I can't argue witrh it.

Pretty good smoke. I think I like the Non Plus slightly better.

I gonna try my first SLR Serie A today.

Just came back from smoking it and it was quite a change of pace. I can see how these have a certain following and how others may not care for them at all.

I found it to be verry complex as I tasted spice, citrus and like a pledge dusting spray type flavor. Glad I have a few more around to see how they may change. I think they show great potentual.

Nice.

I'm gonna give a 1990 ERdM Demi Tasse I traded 40boy for a shot on the way home today.
Man oh man, I tell ya what...that was a great little cigar. It smoked great for 35 minutes and prolly had 10 minutes left to it except I effed up the wrapper and it started to fall apart.

Damn! I am very happy that I have half a box of these suckers coming!

Geoffrie's choice yesterday made me want to give an '04 Mag 46 a shot today.

It was ok, there was a hint of the typical sweet tobacco but ovrall is was pretty bland. Oh well.
