It was simply asked that you flesh out your response, rather than leaving a conclusion. Instead, you got buttmad.


Paul, I keep dabbling in the vino game, but am by all means still a newbie. I've purposely been stepping back from things I know I like to give everything else a fair shot. We currently have a bunch of New Zealand Sauv. Blancs in the cellar that - to my surprise - I'm actually enjoying.
Also recently finished cases of '13 Cab and (iirc) '14 Pinot from Davies (Napa). I've always liked Cabs, so that was an easy sell for me. Not usually a Pinot fan, but I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I'm sure we'll be pouring some nicer wine(s) for the fight on the 26th. You're welcome to join if you'd like

I'm not much of a wine drinker but picked this one up to try the other day.
Has a very smooth finish that goes well with a cigar

Now that's interesting! I'll have to keep my eyes open for this next time I'm in the local shops.

Edit: quick google search shows quite a few shops have this in stock. Now I know what I'll be doing this weekend! I need to try this.

I picked it up at my local raley's. They had a sale of 30% off if you buy 6 bottles. Doesnt have to be the same 6 bottles either. Got my wife some gin to try
