Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.
Man, I’ve been there as well.Haven't been in the right headspace recently and put on some slop over the past weeks. Started OG Insanity again day before yesterday and gonna step on the gas until the end of the year.
75 grams?!?! Holy Shit!!! Is there a reason to have so much protein at once? I've always done 20-22g after a workout, but what the hell do I know.So....75g protein in these. I've never eaten a bowling ball, but now I know what it must feel like. Never again. That was gross. I'll just stick to shakes.
