3 mile walk. In a little while I'm gonna do the annual tree trimming, which should be good for 2-3 hours of quasi-exercise but more importantly, justification for a couple yardwork beers later.

Biceps/triceps, 300 pushups/squats. Did a few light-weight, super high-rep extra "finishing" exercises for both and my arms are now toast.

Shoulders/back, 300 pushups/squats.

Sadly I don't think I'll be doing any walking this weekend since I'm having a horrible flare-up of plantar fasciitis that is making every step agonizing. :cautious:

2 miles. Foot pain is diminishing and I was ready to knock out the full 3 but alas, a grocery delivery thwarted my quest for glory.
