  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

that seems excessive, gotta bring those rep durations down a bit!
Why? I'm just trying to blast my delts, triceps, biceps, brachioradialis, flexors and extensors.
It's an all in one workout designed for max arm gains.
Of course my ab gains are on the rise too, so...:oops:

yeah but if you decrease the rep duration a bit - you can increase the # of reps. depending on your goals you might find a better outcome (or at least forget why you're there in the first place)

Hit a 250lb deadlift today. It isn't near my best max ever, but after two years of struggling to do anything without feeling like garbage, it was amazing. I was nearly dead after three done rest pause style.

This week I've crushed big jumps on the Bench and deadlifts. I'm exhausted from the last two days. Everything has gone up significantly. Now it is time to dial it back and follow my protocol more closely.
