I got a feeling Greg weighs a bit more...

I've always weighed a lot, I guess all the weight training for football still sticks with me.

Can I be enrolled and count the weight I have lost over the past 19 months? Just kidding. (I lost 130 lbs due to lap band surgery). Good luck to you all and I hope you can stick with it.

As of now I am 38. I have always hated this thing. So with my height I should get down to 165 to get a BMI of 24, and I was 190 several years ago and I did not look good my face looked sucken in. I want to be down at 200lb by summer, if not sooner.

Yep...but, I plan on weight training, meaning I probably won't get under 200..so, that put's me at 'overweight'.

You wouldn't call Ray Lewis obese, nor would you confuse me with an athlete
