I know I just have a weird hate for the stuff....even though most people think I am crazy for it...I prefer mayo based sauces on my fries!
I never use ketchup on anything either. Fries always get chipotle mayo, BBQ mayo, or green chilli mayo. Hotdogs only get Mustard.

Ranch on fries is fantastic, so is A1.

I'm a mustard only guy on hotdogs/burgers too though

Meatloaf with Thyme, Roasted Garlic, and Aged Balsamic Vinegar. Whipped Potatoes with Roasted Garlic and Smoked Paprika. God, I love comfort food...

Aww, brother! It was damn tasty. I use a pound of ground chuck, a pound of ground pork, and a pound of ground veal. I add chopped roasted garlic, thyme, and balsamic vinegar, as well. The "filler" is made with bread crumbs, freshly shredded Parmesan Reggiano, and two eggs. I always make enough for leftovers; "meat moaf" sammiches on toasted crusty country white bread... Mmm!

Not dinner, but for breakfast I made a bacon and cheddar sandwich. The bacon is trimmed bacon ends in huge chunks with grated cheddar mixed all around as binder.

If I could, I would eat breakfast food for every meal. Below is an experiment I tried for a quick and easy dinner; Sweet Pepper rings with Sunnyside Up Eggs (green onion and a dash of roasted cumin for garnish), and home fried potatoes (seasoned with garlic powder, salt, pepper and a few dashes of chipotle powder). Simple, yet very tasty!

spicy sesame peanut noodles

such a simple and great recipe. plus on these hot days the noodles are eaten cold which is easy to make ahead and sumwhat refreshing with a ice cold brew.
