Decided to cook up breakfast, lunch, and dinner. From top to bottom we had the breakfast sausage, lunch was the ribs, and dinner will be the meatloaf.

I served a roasted chicken breasts, seasoned with fresh garlic, oregano, rosemary, shallots, white truffle oil, alea Hawaiian sea salt. Then stuffed with fontina cheese, sun dried tomatoes, and shaved smoked jerk turkey breast. Complimented with an apricot rambutan tarragon cream sauce. Totally Deliciiousss !!! Enjoy! :)

The wife and I polished off a 10 lb box of snow crab legs in celebration of her birthday. We had a red, bacon and blue salad to start with and then went straight to the crab legs. No sides, no nothing but crab legs.

And a bottle of Caymus Conundrum to wash it down and a couple of cappucinos to top it all off.

Delicious!!

Four racks of ribs and a chicken low and slow on the smoker with onions, squash, zucchini on the grill and beer bread in the oven with Sam Adams winter ale in the belly. Good night!

Had company over on Saturday for dinner and roasted a prime rib. Turned out beautifully :) Whipped up a creamy horseradish sauce, gorgonzola mashed potatoes, sauteed mushrooms & onions, then garnished with halved head of roasted garlic.

Was delicious!

What can I say, the wife is an awesome chef. Prawns over BBQ steak w/ bearnaise on asparagus
and a side of rice
Looks good! Nice plating, too. I do the same 'use a bowl to get rice on the plate' bit. Simple, but looks better than just a random mound.

Venison stew! Deer braised in beer and bourbon then put to pot with chunky veggies and spices! With a little beer and bourbon for the chef of course. Go Broncos!
