Guests are always welcome. I usually cook for 1-2 people, but enough food for 5+

Other than going outside and cutting some Rosemary, tonight was all Pam.

Salmon with olive oil and Rosemary, steamed vegetables with lemon-pepper in the water, and rice pilaf. Sriracha and homemade white sauce are waiting just off camera.

Bite size pieces of chicken with olive oil and Burgo BBQ's Sweet and Spicy rub. The pieces on three of the four skewers are wrapped in bacon. I ran out. Cooked with indirect heat. BBQ sauce put on for the last ten or fifteen minutes. Served with potatoes and onions cooked in foil packs, and cole slaw.

Well breakfast. Pepperjack cheese scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, 120

Made some swordfish topped with zucchini, onion, garlic, tomatoes, basil, and crusted with bleu cheese. Pretty happy with it.
Pro tip: cover the dish for 8 minutes with tin foil while cooking, then do another 8 without it. Will keep your cheese and tomatoes from getting wrecked.

Had a turkey sandwich. Was outside pruning, cutting back and weeding the Thyme and Rosemary. The smell of the plants got to me. I came in starved half to death.
