I didn't take a pic, but I made beef stew and
cornbread today. Cold front moved through and it got down to 27mF degrees this morning. I welcome the food change.

The Mrs and I pulled up a stool in a dusty pub in Ireland tonight.

First up for Entree, Irish Nachos with spuds instead of corn chips.

Next a traditional favourite, boiled bacon with mash, cabbage and parsley sauce. A buddy of mine who happens to be Irish cured the bacon too, which made it extra tasty.

Finally for dessert baked up a guinness chocolate cake! Delish.

A good evening had indeed.

It was going to be just a side dish for pizza since I wasn't sure how they'd turn out, but they ended up being the crowd favorite - just ground beef, mozzarella, and red sauce, mixed together for stuffing then topped with sauce and cheese to make it look fancy
