Some killer chow being grilled today. Put some Beer Brats over charcoal for about an hour, followed up with a toasted bun and some mustard.

I woulda posted a pic but it's in my belly........12oz burger with crispy grilled bacon, cheddar, smokey Bbq sauce, mayo, sweet grilled onions, and sweet butter pickles on a toasted hearty wheat bun..... Grilled while enjoying a la aroma de Cuba mi amore reserva thanks to u guys.....a few beers then a h. Esteli for dessert while hanging out with he dog

Butterfly the bird - cut the spine out, break the breast bone and cook it flat, skin side up. It's the only way I cook birds now, bbq or oven.
