A couple thick pork chops and some zucchini.

Salmon cooked on lemon slices and a layer of thyme from the flower garden. Corn on the cob covered with mayonnaise and chili powder. Charred bell pepper and onion. Fresh tomato grown by my father in law.

I didn't exactly grill or smoke anything today, aside from my credit card. But I did make grand plans for December when this arrives:

Thanks guys! The best part to me is that I forced myself to save up for it instead of chucking it on a credit card. That's not an easy thing for me so it makes this victory that much sweeter. Now I gotta figure out who gets this pit in my will. It'll last way longer than my house.

Edit: I could only afford this pit since I don't have kids, hence the predicament. "Woe is me!" LMAO!
