We had 5.9 inches of rain so far this weekend, so I am salivating through your alls posts. No grilling for me.

Got up, watching Tottenham totally dominate West Ham United... Waiting for the butcher shop to open, and I'm wondering what to grill today for the fam-damnly.

Update: spare ribs and hotlinks.

Yup... yard is happy, the grill isn't. Managed to lite the Weber yesterday, just to have to haul it around the house into the garage with the coals half lit. Added bonus the garage still smells like burgers and peppers this morning. :)

Rain cleared out enough to light the grill and get some pork tenderloins on...

One with just olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic and one with a spicy ancho chile rub.

I usually do a couple big jimmy dean sausages on the smoker while I'm cooking something else. Don't wrap 'em in bacon though.

I'll put some rub all over them, smoke them until the internal temp is ~160, then slice and freeze them for breakfast later. Just had some this morning.

Not on my grill, but the weather has changed so venison chili to simmer all day.

Browning the venison.

Veggies in the pot, I like onion and green peppers with my tomatoes and chili beans.

Little bourbon barrel stout.

And ready to simmer all afternoon.

Edit: finished product with cheese and a grilled cheese sandwich.

Sorry for the crappy cell phone pics, but I think you get the idea.
