Got in contact with the vendor yesterday. He told me he would credit me back the money. He did not want to risk sending another package, which I understand. I'm looking into getting a PO Box as some of you have suggested. Will update when I receive the credit.

seems like ins would cover if the usps admitted to misdelivering. but i too have had to deal with misdelivered packages and that customer service sucks ass. the last time it happend the postal worker admited to a transcription error and the person on the phone said that it was my fault i didn't check my receipt and wanted to charge me 12 bucks to intercept. i had literally went home and called the post office 10 min later to tell them of the error bunch of bull shit. good luck in the future

Just wanted you all to know that the vendor credited back the funds to my CC. I would like to thank him and I will continue to do business with him, I just need to get a PO Box.
