Yeah, me either. I picked up a tin of patriot flake last year from a closing b&m and had the same issue and Google was no help. All I know is it was a baccy they don't produce anymore and looked like it had been on the shelf for years. The stuff is a treat, I have only had 2 bowls of it and the rest is sealed up in a jar and gets pulled out for special occasions.I don't know how to read their coding system...
